In this issue: Bizaway, Hydraink, and others raised funding. Shopfully acquired a Spanish competitor. Acquisitions also for Namirial and Talent Garden.

The Money

Bizaway, a corporate travel startup, raised €10m in a Series A led by Azimut Digitech, Gellify, and Exor Seeds.
Hydraink, an “interactive cosmetics” startup, 🇮🇹raised €5m in a round led by CDP Venture Capital.
Exept, a bike-tech startup, raised €500k from CDP Venture Capital.
Novac, a startup developing solid-state supercapacitors, raised €412k from Eureka! and CDP VC.
Holidoit, a travel experiences startup, 🇮🇹raised €400k from a syndicate of business angels.

M&A

Shopfully announced the acquisition of Tiendeo, a Spanish drive-to-store startup.
Talent Garden 🇮🇹acquired a stake in Creative Harbor, a co-learning startup.
Ambienta-backed Namirial acquired Bit4ID, an authentication and digital signature company.
