In this issue: Apogeo Space, Bevy, To Italy Group, and others raised funding. Ulixes Capital announces Argo III. Acquisitions for Tinexta and Dedagroup Stealth.

The Money

Apogeo Space, a startup developing a constellation of microsatellites, raised €5m from Primo Ventures.
Bevy, a soft drinks delivery startup, raised $2m from FoodLabs and other angels.
Hygge, a personalized pet food startup, 🇮🇹raised €300k from Prana Ventures and business angels.
H-Cube, a smart clothing startup, 🇮🇹raised €180k from Archangel Adventure.
To Italy Group, an inbound travel operator dedicated to experiential tourism, raised €5.5m from CDP Venture Capital.

New Funds

Ulixes Capital Partners 🇮🇹announced Argo III, a new seed fund with the goal to raise up to €10m.

M&A

Tinexta Group acquired Nomesia, a web performance marketing agency.
Dedagroup Stealth 🇮🇹announced the acquisition of Bsamply.

The Italian Business Angels survey for 2021

IBAN, the Italian business angels network, 🇮🇹published the results of its survey related to business angels activity for 2021
