The Money
  • iGenius, a conversational data intelligence platform, 🇮🇹raised €10m in a Series A+ round led by NovaCapital and Blacksheep.
  • Treccani Futura, an edtech startup, 🇮🇹raised €7.65m from CDP Venture Capital (Boost innovation fund).
  • Smartpricing, a dynamic pricing platform for hotels, raised €2m in a round led by The Techshop, with the participation of Fondazione di Sardegna and others.
  • Lipogems, a reparative medicine startup, 🇮🇹raised €1.7m from LIFTT.
  • Reefilla, a moving charging station for EVs, 🇮🇹raised €1m in a syndicate deal.
  • CRIF 🇮🇹invested an undisclosed amount in Holipay, a BNPL startup for hotel payments.
Fundraising news
  • Lumen Ventures 🇮🇹raised €5m from Banca del Fucino.
M&A
  • Celli Group 🇮🇹acquired a majority stake in Uqido, a software development agency.
  • Digital360 acquired Cryptonet Labs, a cybersecurity firm, for a total of €8.6m.
  • Helbiz announced the intention to acquire Wheels.
