The Money
  • Deliveristo, a marketplace for restaurants, 🇮🇹raised €7m in a round led by Vertis.
  • ItalianWay, a short-term rental/PMS startup, raised €2.5m from a syndicate of investors.
  • ParkingMyCar, a booking system for parking spots, 🇮🇹raised €655k from a syndicate of investors.
  • Blacksheep (Eureka! SGR) 🇮🇹led a €2m round in AdTonos, a UK-based audio-advertising startup.
M&A

  • Interesting reading about PLG now / PLG later startups, by Gil Dibner.
  • A presentation about climate-tech by the folks at Cavalry VC.
  • Richemont is in talks to sell of YNAP (Yoox Net-A-Porter) to FarFetch. In case the agreement is reached, Richemont would take a 2.7bn writedown of its investment in YNAP.
