The Money
  • Netfintech, a fintech startup, 🇮🇹raised €1.7m from We Holding and Banca Valsabbina.
  • Impossbl, a “next-gen production company”, raised $1.13m in a pre-seed round by business angels and Exor.
  • Ibanway, a fintech startup, 🇮🇹raised €130k.
  • DBridge, a digital services platform, 🇮🇹raised an undisclosed amount from Gellify and Azimut Digitech Fund.
  • Exor invested $10m in Ultraviolette, an Indian electric motorcycle startup.
M&A and exits
  • Oltre Venture 🇮🇹sold its stake in Centro Medico Santagostino.
  • Events.com acquired Evensi for an undisclosed amount.
  • Mutuionline acquired a French and a British competitor, in a cash transaction worth €150m.
  • Maticmind acquired 51% of Cloudtec, in its fifth acquisition in 2022.
