Epicode School and Strive School joined forces and raised €10m from a syndicate of business angels.

New Funds

The Techshop 🇮🇹announced its first closing at €32.5m.

M&A

Up Day 🇮🇹acquired a stake in Genius4U, a welfare startup.
Endurance Technologies, an Indian public company, acquired Veicoli srl, a fleet management app, for €0.7m.
