The Money

• Young Platform, a Turin-based crypto exchange, raised €3.5m from United Ventures, Ithaca Investments, and business angels.

• Datrix, an AI for business startup, 🇮🇹raised €2.5m in a round led by 8a+, the CVC arm of Banca Generali.

• Sixth Sense raised an undisclosed amount from Gellify, Azimut Libera Impresa, and i-RFK.

• Biomadre, an artisanal bakery startup, raised €350k from Fondazione Cariplo and A|Impact.

• Club degli Investitori invested $740k in Israeli agritech startup Tevel Aerobotics Technologies, within a $20m series B round.

• TAS Group invested an undisclosed amount in fintech startup Flywallet.

Liquidity events

• MeglioQuesto, a customer experience startup,🇮🇹 went public on the AIM market, raising €17.25m for a total EV equal to €73m.

• Spindox, a digital transformation and innovation company, 🇮🇹is planning to go public later this year, with the goal to raise €8m with an EV between €43m and €50m.

Elon Musk

• 🇮🇹Elon Musk will be the special guest of the Italian Tech Week, an innovation event taking place in Turin on the 23rd and 24th of September. The news is interesting because it makes a point that Musk will participate in person at the event.
