LUISS, a leading Rome-based business university, 🇮🇹 invested €2.5m in Digital Magics, a publicly listed business incubator.
Liquidity events
Epipoli 🇮🇹 announced the acquisition of Dotcom, a digital transformation company.
Lifeanalytics 🇮🇹acquired Abich, a lab analysis company, for €12m.
Alfonsino went public, raising €4m, with a market cap of €20m post-IPO.
Icona Technology, a company offering augmented reality solutions for remote assistance, 🇮🇹 went public on the Wien stock exchange with a direct listing at a €28.2m market cap.
Satispay & Young Platform
Satispay and Young Platform joined forces, announcing a partnership allowing Young users to instantly charge their wallets using Satispay.
PlanetWatch
Planetwatch is a decentralized platform based on Algorand, launched at CERN, recording air pollution data from all over Europe. Borderless Capital just led the launch of a $10m fund investing in the ecosystem surrounding PlanetWatch, aiming for a greener planet.
