The Money

• Giffoni Innovation Hub 🇮🇹raised €2m from CDP Venture Capital, OPES, and Sefea Impact SGR.

• P101 🇪🇸led a €20m round in Spanish startup Mundimoto.

• Intesa San Paolo invested £40m in Thought Machine, a British startup developing a new core banking solution.

Fundraising

• LIFTT, a deep-tech investment holding, 🇮🇹raised €12m from Azimut.

• Startup Bakery, a startup studio, 🇮🇹raised €1.95m.

• Magic Spectrum, an IoT and 5G startup accelerator, raised €3m from CDP VC.

• CDP VC also invested €3.8m in Terra Next, an agri-food / sustainable economy accelerator. Banca Intesa contributed an additional €1.3m to the program.

M&A

• Team.blue acquired Iubenda.

• Teamsystem 🇮🇹acquired Storeden.

• MDOTM acqui-hired part of the Mercurius team.
