Cortilia, an e-groceries startup, 🇮🇹announced a €20m investment from existing investors.
Energy Dome, an energy storage startup, raised a $11m convertible note from CDP VC and Barclays.
Servitly, a no-code servitization startup, raised €2.16m in a round led by Primo Ventures.
UK-based Shop Circle, founded in 2021 by two Italian entrepreneurs, announced the closing of $65m from several investors including NFX and QED.
M&A and other strategic moves
CGM Italia 🇮🇹acquired Pharmap, a last-mile drugs delivery startup.
Crowdfundme, a crowdfunding platform, 🇮🇹announced the acquisition of 51% of Trusters in a stock-based transaction.
Alfonsino, a last mile delivery startup, and Justmary, a cannabis startup, 🇮🇹announced a partnership.
DGS SpA 🇮🇹acquired cybersecurity and opensource startup SMC Treviso.
Impatta4Equity, a sustainable investment vehicle inspired by the Laudato si encyclical by Pope Francis, was announced along with its initial two investments, a blockchain platform and an energy community.
Azimut and Unidata 🇮🇹announced a €51.3m investment in a green and neutral data center.
Haier Europe 🇮🇹launched an investment plan for European startups (spoiler: 2-4 startups/year, up to €10m each).
Cereal Docks announced Grey Silo Ventures, a corporate venture capital fund focused on B2B food tech.
