• ProntoPro merged with Turkish competitor Armut, and the newco raised €15m from existing investors.

• Dove.it, a proptech startup, 🇮🇹raised €3m in a round led by Azimut Alicrowd Eltif.

• Aria Sensing 🇮🇹raised €500k from LIFTT.

• Var Group 🇮🇹invested an undisclosed amount in Airspot.

Not good news

• Cazoo announced it will abandon its business in EU, including the Italian operations from the acquisition of Brumbrum.
