The Money

  • Connected-Stories, an ad-tech startup, 🇮🇹raised €2m from Blacksheep.

  • Aptus, Flowbe, and Cents 🇮🇹raised €500k from CDP VC each as a follow-on investment from the Fin+Tech acceleration program.

  • BPER Banca and CDP VC (through the Boost Innovation fund) 🇮🇹announced Gility, a training platform for SMEs. CDP invested €12.4m in the joint venture.

M&A

  • Aulab, an edtech startup, 🇮🇹sold 60% of its capital to Gruppo Multiversity.
