The Money

  • T-One Therapeutics, a life sciences startup, 🇮🇹raised €2.5m from Utopia Sis.

  • Eligo, a Made in Italy marketplace, 🇮🇹raised €2.1m and acquired two brands.

  • Flytrendy, an influencer marketing startup, 🇮🇹raised €300k in a round led by CDP.

M&A

  • Teamsystem is issuing a new €185m bond and will use a portion of the proceeds to finance new acquisitions.

  • SBG Humangest 🇮🇹acquired Employerland for an undisclosed amount.

  • VedrAI and Altea Federation 🇮🇹launched a joint venture on data intelligence.

It's again that time of the year: 😎

The State of European Tech report is coming back for 2022, and it’s been a turbulent year for Europe’s tech ecosystem. We would like to hear from you in order to tell this real story.
