3Bee, a bee-tech startup, 🇮🇹raised €5m in a series A round by AG funder Grow impact fund, Anya Capital, and ESA.
Ipsa, a startup offering micro-logistic services in the pharmaceuticals sector, 🇮🇹raised €1.38m from Next4 and CDP VC.
Italian Artisan, a B2B marketplace, 🇮🇹raised €1.3m in a round led by Primo Ventures.
Eligo, a fashion-tech company, 🇮🇹raised €1m from CDP Venture Capital and Digital Magics.
Vado, a smart vending machines startup, 🇮🇹raised an undisclosed amount from Sidinvest.
M&A, IPOs, and other liquidity events
Unipol 🇮🇹acquired Centri Medici Santagostino.
In-Lire 🇮🇹acquired Umbrex.
e-Novia went public, raising €4.65m with a valuation at IPO equal to €166.9m
