The Money
Tau Group raised €9m in a series B round led by Solvay Ventures.
FTnet, a marketplace startup specializing in the pharma sector, 🇮🇹raised €3m from private investors.
Harg, a silver-tech startup, 🇮🇹raised €2.5m from CDP VC, A|Impact, Etica SGR, and others.
Superlayer, a London-based startup founded by Italian entrepreneurs, raised $1.3m in a pre-seed round.
Wora, a same-day delivery startup, 🇮🇹raised €600k from IAG, Club degli Investori, and other business angels.
Coderblock, a metaverse startup, 🇮🇹raised €1m from Deloitte Consulting e ADM Media Consulting.
Homa, a community housing startup, 🇮🇹raised €715k from Sefea.
UTwin, a digital twin for real estate startup, raised €400k from CDP VC.
M&A
HWG 🇮🇹made a tender offer for Sababa Security, at a price of €3.9 per share. Sababa went public in 2021.
Reading this week

Coverflex, a Portuguese welfare startup, raised €15m (including from Italian angels), and 🇮🇹announced plans to launch in Italy.
Fundraising Tracker
2023 so far is a bit disappointing: with only €42m announced to date, this is the slowest since 2020.
