The Money
Codemotion, a developer community platform, raised €8m in a round led by Sinergia Venture Fund and participated by existing investors (note: including Primo).
Agricooltur, an agri-tech startup, 🇮🇹raised €5m in a round led by Sinergia Venture Fund.
181Travel, a travel experiences startup, 🇮🇹raised €2.5m in a round led by CDP VC, Sefea SGR, and Primo.
Approxima, a medtech startup, raised €1.6m in a round led by Panakes Partners, with Club degli Investitori and other business angels.
Medendi, a medtech startup, 🇮🇹raised €1.4m in equity and debt from a pool of business angels.
Voiseed, a generative AI startup, raised €1m in a round led by LIFTT.
Metacasa, a VR-for-real-estate startup, 🇮🇹raised €425k from business angels.
X-Farm Technologies 🇮🇹received €1m in a debt financing round from EIC Accelerator.
Meeters 🇮🇹received a €0.5m debt financing round from Intesa San Paolo and nominated a new CEO.
M&A
Teamsystems acquired Growens’ email service Mailup in a €70m deal.
BV Tech Group 🇮🇹acquired Arturai, a cybersecurity company, for an undisclosed amount.
Italian founders’ office hours
More than 130 🇮🇹 VCs from international funds came together to offer office hours to Italian startup founders. This is a great opportunity to talk to fellow Italian investors that are working around the world and might provide excellent advice on fundraising, strategy, and more.
