The Money
Blacksheep Ventures, an Italian martech VC fund, invested $5m in Zurich and Berlin-based Nexoya.
Glassfy, an app revenues management startup, raised $3m in a round led by Square One and Inreach Ventures.
GenomeUp, an applied AI startup, 🇮🇹raised €1.15m from a syndicate of investors led by Scientifica VC.
SOLHO, a Dutch heat-as-a-service startup funded by two Italian researchers, 🇮🇹raised €580k from Shift Invest, Rabobank, and other business angels.
New funds and partnerships
Vento investments and Eden Ventures signed a partnership and 🇮🇹announced their first investment in Bugpilot.
Gellify and Azimut 🇮🇹announced FNDX, a joint venture focused on VC advisory and startup scouting.
Enel and Newcleo signed a cooperation agreement to work together on the latter’s nuclear generation projects.
