• Bending Spoons 🇮🇹announced a €100m capital injection from Baillie Gifford, Cox Enterprises, and NB Renaissance.

• Wikicasa 🇮🇹raised €800k.

Fundraising

• LIFTT 🇮🇹announced a new capital increase, led by Azimut, bringing the total capital raised to €103m.

M&A

• Banca CF+ 🇮🇹paid €5.5m plus a €4.5m earnout for Credimi.

IPO

• Enry’s Island, a venture incubator, went public on the Wien Stock Exchange.
