Teamsystem, a digital business management solutions provider based in Pesaro, Italy, 🇮🇹raised funds from Google's CapitalG and Abu Dhabi's Adia.
Newcleo 🇮🇹acquired Rütschi, a Franco-Swiss group, for €68.9m.
