Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore and Cariplo Factory 🇮🇹announced a joint investment program, aiming at investing €60m in impact-related ventures.

Sesa acquired 🇮🇹Smart Engineering and 🇮🇹Greensun.
A.I.GEN. 🇮🇹acquired Youthquake.
Sysnet 🇮🇹acquired Alliumtech.

BNP Paribas and Scalapay 🇮🇹agreed to a new credit line worth up to €3bn for the latter’s BNPL business.
