Satispay, a payment-tech startup, 🇮🇹raised €60m in a round participated by existing investors Addition, Greyhound Capital, and Lightrock.
Restorative Neurotechnologies, a startup developing solutions for cognitive rehabilitation, 🇮🇹raised €4m in a round led by Fondazione Enea Tech and Biomedical, and participated by CDP VC, IAG, Mm Partecipazioni.
Octostar, an Irish-Italian cybersecurity startup, raised €2m from Cysero.
Syllog AI disclosed the amount of the pre-seed round announced back in September: €500k.
Take Mi Home 🇮🇹raised €500k from Terme di Saturnia.
Servati, the maker of 3D printed, recyclable shoes, 🇮🇹raised €350k.
M&A🥩
ZAPI GROUP 🇮🇹acquired Ubiquicom.
