PREFE, a business intelligence startup, 🇮🇹raised €600k in a Pre-seed round from 40Jemz, Zooga, Rigel Ventures, Pathfinder Investor, Feb2, and Business Angels.

LayerLogic raised €470,000 in pre-seed funding. ScientificaVC led the round.
Neva SGR invested in Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS), a unique global player in nuclear fusion.
M&A 🥩
Zucchetti 🇮🇹acquired Vikey. Exit for Zest, CDP, and IAG.
Assist Digital acquired majority stake in Hyntelo. Exit for Azimut Digitech, Gellify, and i-RFK.
