Pack, an HR-tech startup, raised €2.3m from Acadian Ventures, completing its Series A announced back in September.
Liabilix, an anti-fraud analysis startup, raised €1.2m in a Pre-seed round from DFF Ventures, FJ Labs, Plug&Play, and Business Angels.

Morphocell Technologies raised €50m in a Series A round from Investissement Québec, and CDP Venture Capital.
Saporo raised €7m in a Series A round from TIN Capital, G+D Ventures, CDP Venture Capital, XAnge, Lightbird VC, and Session VC.
M&A
Bending Spoons buys Eventbrite for $500 million (an 80% premium on average trading price).
New Funds💫
The EIB and Angelini Ventures 🇮🇹entered into a €150m agreement to invest in European startups.

Superb curation of the Italian ecosystem activity this week. The Bending Spoons and Eventbrite deal is really facinating, especially that 80% premium they paid. Makes me think about how European tech acquirers are getting way more agressive with valuations to compete globaly. That EIB-Angelini partnership could be a game changer for early stage capital acess too.
