BeNewtral, a clean-tech startup developing new materials for construction, 🇮🇹raised €7m in a Growth round from CDP Venture Capital, NovaCapital, Eureka! Venture SGR, Tech4Planet, and Edoardo Vernazza.
MON5, a cybersecurity for critical infrastructure startup, raised €1.7m in a Seed round from Primo Capital (Primo Space) and Forward Factory.
EXE Engineering, a clean-tech startup, 🇮🇹raised €550k in a Seed round from Eni Next and CDP Venture Capital.
M&A 🥩
Röko acquired a majority stake in Lambda SpA from Primo Capital.
