• Cleafy, a fraud prevention startup, raised €12m in a Growth round from United Ventures, and eCAPITAL.

• Gyala, a cybersecurity startup, 🇮🇹raised €4m in a Growth round from Deep Ocean SGR, Terna Forward, CDP Venture Capital, and Ventive.

• Mirai Robotics, a startup developing autonomous vehicles for the maritime sector, raised €3.5m in a Pre-seed round from Primo Capital, Techshop, and 40Jemz Ventures.

• Accudire, a supply-chain digitalization startup, 🇮🇹raised €1m in a seed round from Business Angels

• Mr. Franz (soon to be renamed to HINT), a travel companion startup, 🇮🇹raised €500k in a Pre-seed round from Business Angels.

• IperMoney, a fintech startup, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round from 3M Stp.

New Funds

• Lumen II 🇮🇹announced its first closing.

M&A 🥩

• TeamSystem 🇮🇹acquired Nibol.
