I was looking at the SPAC path Newcleo is taking, and I'm glad to see a more direct, "American" approach to the markets here. For a capital-intensive, pre-revenue deep-tech company, it seems worth trading more scrutiny for the speed and room to grow over the next stretch. Do you think it will become a more viable route for European startups over time?
Also some interesting takes from Mr. Dettori's interview, but the comment would become too long :).
