Cato, an AI-powered app for managing tenders, raised €6m in a Seed round from Keen Venture Partners, Vento, Heartfelt, Moonstone, BHeroes, Alecla7, and Nova Venture.
Biorsaf, a foodtech startup, raised €5.2m in a Growth round from P101, Maia Ventures, Farming Future, ToSeed & Partners, and Toscana Next - and acquired Cooki.
Bynario, a cybersec startup, raised €2.1m in a Pre-seed round from 360 Capital, and Prana Ventures.
Comestai, a digital health startup, raised €1.5m in a Pre-seed round from Vertis SGR, Urban Venture, Il Club degli Investitori, Selected Investments, Martina Domenicali, Paolo Galvani, Silvia Goggi, and A4W.
Metaphora Lab, an XR training startup, 🇮🇹raised €300k in a Pre-seed round from Ribo.
The Money International💰🌍
US-based Straiker raised €64m in a Series A round from a group of investors including Neva II.
Poland-based FinQbit raised a Series A round from Mediobanca and Founders Factory.
M&A 🥩
Bending Spoons enters into a definitive agreement to acquire Miro for $1.355 billion | Bending Spoons.
Lexroom makes first acquisitions with Query Juriste and Praven Intelekt deals | Tech.eu.
New funds💫
The Techshop 🇮🇹announced the first closing of its second flagship fund, at €43m.
