The Money 💰
Exein, a cybersecurity company, raised $270m in a Growth round from Headline, Sofina, Goldman Sachs, European Investment Bank, KfW Capital, T.Capital, Balderton, HV, Intrepid Growth Partners, 33N, Lakestar, Supernova Invest, Blue Cloud Venture, and Geodesic Capital.
JustSolve, a debt collection startup, raised €3.7m in a Pre-seed round from Base10 Partners, Entourage, 2100 Ventures, Vento Ventures, and Ithaca.
Iusful, a legaltech startup, raised €2m in a Pre-seed round from Italian Founders Fund, United Ventures, Alecla7, Vento Ventures, Vesper Holding, and Ithaca.
Dalfilo, an ecommerce startup, 🇮🇹raised €2m in a Early-stage round from 035 Investimenti.
BlendX, an innovation intelligence platform, 🇮🇹raised €600k in a Seed round from StyleIT, Hungry4impact, ELIS Innovation Hub, and Gruppo Ebano.
Flottando, a fleet management startup, 🇮🇹raised an undisclosed amount in a Pre-seed round from HFGA Investment Holding.
The Money International💰🌍
MMI (Medical Microinstrument, Inc.), a US-based medtech startup, raised €17m in a Series B round from Angelini Ventures, and European Investment Bank.
Health Force, a Barcelona-based startup 🇮🇹raised €4.2m in a Seed round from Lumo Labs, Target Global, Calm/Storm Ventures, Next Tier Ventures, and Milan-based Step Fund.
Ferm Labs AG, a Zug-based foodtech startup, 🇮🇹raised €3m in a Seed round from CDP Venture Capital, Fund F, Redstone, Alpine VC, and Gruppo Loacker.
M&A 🥩
Bizaway raised financing for €10m from BBVA and acquired Uniglobe Alliance Travel.
Lexroom acquired Brocardi.it.
New funds💫
Primo Capital launched Primo Biotech Lazio fund.
Loacker is investing one million euros a year in a selection of start-ups as part of a Corporate Venture Capital strategy.
