MMI, a medtech startup, raised $125m in a Series D round from BioStar Capital, S3 Ventures, Angelini Ventures and unnamed strategic corporate investor.
Netsec, a cybersecurity startup, raised $10m in a Series A round from Partech, Primo Capital, View Different, Riccardo Zacconi, Kima Ventures, Ithaca Investments, Vento, Vito Lomele, and Everywhere Ventures.
TextYess, a martech startup, 🇮🇹raised €4m in a Early-stage round from Italian Founders Fund.
SimpL, a sales-tech startup, raised €1.2m in a Pre-seed round from Techshop Capital, Vento Ventures and angel investors.

SignSplit, a data management startup, 🇮🇹raised $400m in a Seed round from W Group, valuing the company at $1b.
Multiply Labs, a physical AI startup, raised $75m in a Series B round from NantWorks, AstraZeneca, Lux Capital, and Founders Fund.
RougeTx, a biotech startup, 🇮🇹raised €51m in a Series A round from Angelini Ventures, Banca europea per gli investimenti (BEI) tramite il veicolo Aurea, BioGeneration Ventures (BGV), Kurma Partners, Epidarex Capital, Vesalius Biocapital Partners, ROM-Utrecht Region, p53 Invest and Kerna Ventures.
TrueLayer, a fintech startup, raised $27m in a Growth round from CDP Venture Capital.
