• Navia Yachts, a startup developing an electric dinghy, 🇮🇹raised €250k.

M&A

• WarrantHub (Tinexta group) 🇮🇹acquired a minority stake (9.1%) in Opstart.

• Contents.com 🇮🇹acquired French startup Scribeur.com.
