The Money

Leaf Space, a space-tech startup, raised €20m in a round led by CDP VC and Neva SGR.
1000Farmacie, an e-commerce startup, raised a €10m extension to its Series A round.
Easyrain, an automotive tech startup, raised €5.8m.
WeTaxi, a mobility startup, 🇮🇹raised €2m from CDP VC and Azimut.
Orapesce 🇮🇹raised a €500k convertible bond from Intesa.
Hale, a Berlin-based femtech startup, raised €350k.
Way Experience 🇮🇹raised €200k from Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore, an impact investor.
Ener2crowd 🇮🇹closed its €1.2m round opened last January with Crédit Agricole investing €166k.

M&A

Quince Therapeutics acquired EryDel SpA.
CivitFun 🇮🇹acquired Group Reservation System.

New Funds

FITEC 2, a growth stage fund managed by Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, announced its first closing at €137m.
CDP VC 🇮🇹announced an innovation center focused on agri-tech, Farming Future, with €20m ready to be invested.
Mediobanca and Founders Factory announced a joint venture to invest in fintech startups, with the bank putting up €12m in capital.
